Roadmap

Five-phase development plan from foundation to full DAO governance.

Current status: Phase 4 (Mainnet Launch) — 17 on-chain components deployed and verified on Ethereum Mainnet (March 2026). Token distribution complete (1B IFR, CFLM). Ownership transferred to Governance. Next milestones: LP pairing, LP lock, Governance owner → Multisig.

Phase 1: Foundation Done

Q4 2025 — Core protocol contracts and testing infrastructure.

  • InfernoToken (ERC-20, 9 decimals, fee-on-transfer)
  • LiquidityReserve (6-month lock, 50M/quarter)
  • Vesting (12-month cliff, 36-month linear)

Phase 4: Mainnet Launch In Progress

Q1–Q2 2026 — Production deployment and permissionless integration.

  • Gnosis Safe Multisig deployed — 3-of-5 active on all Safes (Treasury, Community, LP Reserve)
  • Mainnet deploy (17 on-chain components, all verified on Etherscan)
  • Token distribution complete (1B IFR, CFLM)
  • Fee exemptions configured (10 addresses, incl. Proposals #4+#5)
  • Ownership transfer to Governance (4 contracts, 2026-03-05)
  • BootstrapVault deployed + verified — funded 11.03.2026 via Plan B: Treasury Safe (150M IFR) + Community Safe (50M IFR) = ~200M IFR in BootstrapVaultV3 ✅
  • LP Reserve: 400.6M IFR transferred from Deployer EOA to LP Reserve Safe (3-of-5 Gnosis Safe) — 18.03.2026 ✅

Post-Bootstrap Milestones After 05.06.2026

Critical sequence after Bootstrap finalise()

  • June 2026: Call Bootstrap finalise()
  • June 2026 IMMEDIATELY: Proposal #11 — Uniswap Pool feeExempt (without = IFR not tradeable!)
  • June 2026: Proposal #12 — Set P0 in CommitmentVault (IMMUTABLE)
  • June 2026: Contributor locks 100M IFR in CommitmentVault (10 tranches of 10M)
  • June 2026: First Builder loans via LendingVault
  • September 2026: LiquidityReserve unlock (200M IFR available) — Governance decides LP addition
  • March 2027: Vesting Cliff — Core Dev receives first IFR (public announcement before each claim)
  • April 2026: BuybackController deployed + verified — Proposal #13 (feeExempt) executed 16.04.2026, Proposal #14 (setFeeCollector) executed 18.04.2026 — Buyback system fully active ✅
  • 2027+: Payment model active (when IFR ≥ P0 × 2,500), DAO Governance

Phase 5: Growth, DAO & Maturity Planned

Q3 2026+ — Builder ecosystem expansion, DAO transition, and full decentralization.

WalletConnect Integration

The IFR WalletConnect integration is being rolled out in phases, progressively unlocking features as the ecosystem matures.

✅ Phase 1 — Core Infrastructure (March 2026)

  • ✅ wallet-core.js — Central session manager (connect/disconnect/auto-reconnect)
  • ✅ ifr-state.js — On-chain state reader (IFR balance, lock status, bootstrap contribution)
  • ✅ Bootstrap Widget — contribute() / claim() / refund() fully functional
  • ✅ Landing Page — Connect button in header with wallet dropdown
  • ✅ Agent Page — Free/Premium tier display based on IFRLock on-chain check

⏳ Phase 2 — Personalization (after Bootstrap Start, April 2026)

  • ⏳ Copilot receives wallet address + tier via URL params → personalized responses
  • ⏳ “Buy IFR” button → Uniswap (only after LP live, July 2026+)
  • ⏳ Live IFR token price display (only after LP live)
  • ⏳ Bootstrap countdown widget fully active

🔒 Phase 3 — Full Ecosystem (after LP live, Q3 2026+)

  • 🔒 AI Copilot Gate — ≥1,000 IFR locked → gated content platform
  • ✅ Builder Tools — BuilderRegistry.sol deployed, on-chain isBuilder() check integrated in Telegram Bot
  • 🔒 Telegram Wallet Whitelist — WalletConnect → IFRLock check → Topic access
  • 🔒 Governance Tools — Core Team whitelist → Proposal creation/voting UI
  • 🔒 Creator Gateway — OAuth + WalletConnect + IFRLock → content monetization

Stack: ethers.js v5 + MetaMask + IFRLock ABI. All wallet interactions are non-custodial — IFR remains on-chain at all times.

Current Focus

Phase 4 completion — 17 mainnet on-chain components deployed, verified, and ownership transferred to Governance. BuybackController deployed 14.04.2026 — governance wiring in progress. Next steps: Execute Proposal A (feeExempt), Submit + Execute Proposal B (setFeeCollector), LP pairing, LP lock. See Next Steps for BuybackController execution guide.

All timelines are estimates. Security audit completion is a hard prerequisite for mainnet — launch will not proceed without it.
